Oversaw all department program scheduling, set staff schedules and was the primary liaison between community partners, school teachers, administrators, and program staff.

Meticulously managed all production logistics of summer events, mainstage, youth, and family concerts with an average attendance of 2,500 patrons per event.

Managed union contracts and served as the liaison between stagehand union, professional musicians union, rented venue staff, and symphony staff at all events.

Coordinated all audio, visual, lighting, and staging rentals or purchases and their delivery schedule for each event
